In June of 2010, I started a blog, Beasts in a Populous City, about my adventures in the National Zoo in DC and anywhere else that I saw (and photographed) wildlife. The blog is a place for anecdotes, scientific information, and the occasional rant about people being rude to or uninformed about animals; it's also a place for my photographs. Much to my surprise and gratification, many of the people visiting the blog told me how much they liked my photos, so I finally decided to set up a "gallery" through which those images can be purchased. So: all of these photographs were taken by me, and all can be seen on my main blog--you can follow the links before each image or set of images in order to see the specific entry.
